Creating Memorable Characters

Creating memorable characters is a challenge for every writer.  Whether you want to enhance your understanding of a protagonist’s inner-life, discover their pressure points, or build a dynamic voice for them on the page, join us! This 90-minute online class is designed to invigorate your writing and help you generate exciting new work.  

The specific prompts will help you understand the unique “music” of a character’s diction, their self-justifications for a suspect interaction, and finally, the last prompt will lead you to their preoccupation du jour, the dominant thought that’s driving their behavior.
